Please Note:
We charge for the attempt to
transfer data, not for a sucessful transfer. Here's why:
Unreadable
disks consume much more time and effort than disks that are immediately
readable. In addition, some of these failing disks
can
harm our floppy disk drives.
If we see problems with several
disks, we'll contact you before we attempt to read additional disks.
That way you can decide whether you want us to proceed, or if
you
want us just to return the disks without any additional charge.

We copy Windows and DOS based floppies. We can
recover files
on 3.5 DS/HD disks for Mac, but do not recover DS/DD disks.
If you have any questions on recovery of Mac files, please
call.
Also, we do not recover CPM or other disks.
