COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does this take?
Once we get your disks, we transfer files within 2-3 business days. Then, add the time back to you via USPS mail. If you require faster service, we offer expedited service at an additional cost.
Can I download the transfer results?
No, you cannot download the transfer results. If you require faster service or an immediate download, we can offer expedited service at an additional cost.
Do I get my original disks back?
Yes, we return the original disks to you.
Do you charge for unreadable disks?
Yes. Unreadable disks take more time and effort than disks that read perfectly. As a result, we charge for the that effort, even if we are not successful.
Do you provide the USB drive?
Yes we provide the USB drive.
Shipping and Handling
We get USPS, FedEx and UPS deliveries every day. You can choose any method to send disks. We charge a shipping and handling fee to cover the shipping costs back to you and the cost of the USB drive containing the transfer. We do not provide a shipping label for you to send disks to us.
